Summer vacation on Cape Cod

This long-awaited summer season is finally here, and we open our faces to the gentle kisses of the sun. We feel how it raises our spirits and makes us look forward to another summer vacation season on Cape Cod. A few days ago I teamed up with a beautiful model and artist Irina, and Cape Cod’s Clothing Boutique Vintage in Vogue to create some styled photographs.

The Beach

We selected Chapin Memorial Beach as our spot for a photo shoot. It is the perfect place for those trying to get away from the flow of everyday life. Some say that this beach is best swimming at high tide, and it has warm water. When we arrived, it was indeed spectacular, and tidal pools stretched as long as the eyes could see. The day was so gorgeous that we couldn’t keep the smiles off our faces.

The Photograph

As we were looking over the beach, we suddenly noticed a gorgeous animal in the distance. There was a horse running on the beach along the tidal pools. I had a camera in my hands, so I pressed a button. I love this picture, and for me it is a sort of a time machine connecting a dreamy past with a not-so-distant past.
